To reserve a tour, please book through our website or contact our office directly. Once your reservation is confirmed, payment will be processed and you’ll receive a confirmation message with full details.

At LV Canoe Kayak Club your safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unsafe conditions. If this happens, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for natural elements such as wind, rain, waves, extreme heat, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• While we strive to deliver the tour as described, we may adjust routes, locations, or start times to protect the safety of our guests and guides.

• Our guides may also modify the tour route during the outing if they determine a change is necessary for safety reasons.

Before joining the tour, all participants are required to sign a Liability Waiver. It’s your responsibility to let us know about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations that may impact your safety or the experience of others.

• There are no refunds, if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour.

• If you need to reschedule, please do so as soon as possible to do our best to get you a spot on another day.

•  Life vests are mandatory to always wear while you are on the river.

• There is no cell phone signal in the Black Canyon, therefore there is no way to call an emergency rescue service! We recommend having a watch, not only a cell phone to keep track of time.

• If you get tired and can’t continue to paddle, you should wait for a pass by boat and wave it down or spend the night by the river.

• Never try to hike out from the canyon.

• There are no refunds If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour.

You must return all the equipment by 2:30pm Las Vegas local time. A $50 per equipment fee will be applicable if your kayak rentals are not returned to us at Willow Beach pick-up location by the specified time.

• All participants are responsible for the equipment they use! They should return them as they receive them. Don’t drag equipment, don’t let them float away, make sure everything is either tied to a solid point on shore or is far enough from water level! Upon your arrival to Willow Beach, we will check all equipment for any damages and you will be charged accordingly if we see any. Please be careful of any floating obstacles, rocks and reefs.

• Do not feed or approach wildlife.
