•  Las Vegas SUP Kayak Club reserve the right to cancel tours if we think it’s necessary.  This all depends on weather conditions or different situations that may arise.  If we cancel we will offer refund, credit or rescheduling, depends on the circumstances.

•  We don’t cancel due to rain, heat or cold weather.

•  Once we purchase the launch permits for you and your group, they are non-refundable or non-transferable to meet NPS policy.

•  There are no refunds If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled tour.

•  If you need to reschedule, you will have to repurchase launch permit.

•  We can not reschedule within 48 hours to your tour.

•  We don’t cancel due to rain, heat or cold weather.

•   Life vests are mandatory to wear at all times while you are on the river.

•  There is no cell phone signal in the Black Canyon, therefore there is no way to call emergency rescue service! We recommend to have a watch, not only a cell phone to keep track of time.

•  If you get tired and can’t continue to paddle, you should wait for a pass by boat and wave it down or spend the night by the river.

•  Never try to hike out from the canyon.

•  There are no refunds If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled tour.

** Please be aware ** 

You must return all equipment by 2:30pm Las Vegas local time. A $50 per equipment fee will be applicable if your rental kayak are not returned to us at Willow Beach pick-up location by the specified time.

•  All participants are responsible for the equipment they use! They should return them as they received them. Don’t drag equipments, don’t let them float away, make sure everything is either tied to a solid point on shore or is far enough from water level! Upon your arrival to Willow Beach, we will check all equipments for any damages and you will be charged accordingly if we see any. Please be careful for any floating obstacles, rocks and reefs.

•  Do not feed or approach wild life.
